The Journey so far....
So Phil originally started training at Elite Boxing and Thai Boxing Gym in the NE of England. Tutored under the well renowned Sean Fogg and Alex Matvienko. Phil’s main aim and goal was weight loss as…believe it or not he was once 104kg of Takeaways and Booze!!!
Fast forward some 5 years, Phil is based out of the world famous Bloodline Gym under the tutelage of Paul Murat (Multiple title holder, and 2017 Coach of The Year), David Pacquette (2x World Champion), Greg Wootton (2x World Champion), and Richmond Annan (Multiple title holder).
As a result Phil has competed all over England namely the world famous 02, London multiple times, and Eastern Europe of recent.
Along the way he have managed to rack up 16 professional fight winning all but 1!!!
As well as competing Phil has a passion for also imparting my knowledge on others and love to teach and guide others who wish to undertake similar journeys. Having been part of the preparation of world title fights, cornering a vast amount of fighters from all levels (beginners to seasoned professionals) this has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and experience in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.

As a active fighter, Phil spends enough time honing and perfecting techniques on a daily basis. He is also very passionate about learning new techniques and openminded to trying new things out. With this mindset and knowledge Phil then passes this to the clients and students alike. Phil is known for having a rather unorthodox style most notably being a natural Southpaw, he is always adding new techniques and skills to his arsenal.
Phil has extensive experience getting fighters ready for battle and understands what is needed to get the “W” at the end of a fight. If you are preparing for a fight Phil can tailor a game plan and training schedule to suit you. Available for you to brush up on your skills before a fight or to refine your skills so you can train like a pro.

The gym can be a daunting place, especially for a 1st timer. Not knowing how to use the equipment, or even how long to use it for can be very embarrassing. Thats why Phil is more than happy to help you achieve your goals and install you with the confidence to train and train hard!!
Motivation is also a common reason why most people struggle to get up and get fit. Over the years Phil has developed a variety of techniques to keep you wanting to train, get fit and most of all enjoy looking after YOU!!!
As the name suggests sessions are fully focused around the clients and their goals and needs. Phil has been qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal for over 2 year, and teaching Muay Thai for over 4 years now, and is still loving every minute of it!!!
